Why you shouldn't give in sometimes to your kids' pleas

Dada and I have a running argument about whether occasionally sending our eldest, who is supposed to be independent and able to take public transport on her own, to school constitutes spoiling her. 

Here is my visual evidence of what such behaviour encourages. 

And then she uses this loophole. 

And when it seems the message is getting through ... 

She lets loose her pent up rant. 

But the explanation seemed to stick for a while ...
Until she got fetched to school in the morning! When she was not supposed to  have asked for a ride for the rest of the term. And re-triggering the "can you fetch me"s...
